LANCO, Minneapolis MN 1/13/19

Can you call a concert your favorite of 2019 when it is only two weeks into the new year? This concert will be hard to beat!

First of all, the Varsity Theater in Minneapolis is an amazing venue! The decor was sleek yet goth; the staff were so friendly and helpful, the venue is small and intimate, standing room on the floor and balcony seating upstairs. Coolest bathrooms I have ever seen! It is really a unique venue in its look and the quality of service. I was so impressed.

Lanco is a group of 5 guys that grew up in the south, met in college and formed a band. What is really impressive is the fact that they wrote all their songs and had told their authentic lives through their music. They are each other's best friends and have so much chemistry together. I find it so fun to see the bands and artists that are just taking off because you can tell how genuinely excited they are to be there, how grateful they are for their fans, and how much their music means to them. The lead singer, Brandon Lancaster, has crazy energy on stage and is so much fun to watch live. This was my second time seeing them live, and every time I think they get better and are more fun to watch. They just stated their Hallelujah Nights tour and have dates from now through April. www.lancomusic.com
